ABOUT

BELIEF #1

You were born with something rare. This industry didn’t teach it to you—and they sure as hell can’t take it from you.

BELIEF #2

There’s no timeline for success. You get to evolve on your own terms, in your own way, and still win big.

BELIEF #3

You are allowed to want more. More freedom. More impact. More money.

And you don’t have to apologize for it.

I'M HOLLY

Most people just see the stylist.

Or the salon owner.

Or the educator with the big voice and the bold ideas.

But let’s be real—none of that happened by accident.

I built everything I have from the ground up—with equal parts obsession, grit, and refusal to stay small.

Not because it was easy.

But because I knew I was made for more.

I’ve been the broke stylist crying in my car after a 10-hour day.

I’ve questioned whether I could really make it without burning out.

I’ve rebuilt myself more than once—from the inside out—and I’ve learned that success isn’t about having perfect systems or pretty branding…

It’s about knowing who the f*ck you are, and refusing to settle.

Now?

I help other stylists step into that same kind of power.

Not just behind the chair—but in their pricing, their boundaries, their schedule, their energy, their life.

Because being a great hairstylist isn’t enough anymore.

If you want longevity, freedom, and real income—you need structure. You need strategy.

You need a business that actually supports the life you’re trying to live.

So that’s what I built.

And that’s what I teach.

No gatekeeping. No fluff. No apologies.

 You ready?

MY STORY

(AKA: how I went from Tahoe snowboard bum to successful stylist—and why I’m showing you how to do it too)

I didn’t grow up dreaming of doing hair.

I was a broke-ass snowboard bum in Tahoe trying to figure out what the hell to do with my life. I barely scraped through high school, took like three college classes, and knew one thing for sure: school was never going to be my path.

So I looked around and thought, “What else can I do?”

And then I thought of my Uncle Rod.

He was a hairstylist—and he loved it. I mean genuinely, whole-heartedly loved what he did. He had freedom. He had flexibility. He made people feel amazing. And he did it all while being 100% himself.

That was the spark.

I became a hairstylist because I wanted more.

More creativity. More independence.

What I didn’t realize at the time?

This industry could give me more success and freedom than I ever imagined.

But only if I learned how to run it like a business—and that part?

No one teaches you.

So I learned the hard way.

I made the mistakes.

I cried after clients were mean.

I f*cked up formulas.

I had services go sideways.

I undercharged, overbooked, overworked, and nearly walked away more times than I can count.

But every time I hit a wall, I chose to learn instead of quit.

And once I learned how to build a business that works—I knew I had to turn around and show other stylists how to do the same.

Because this career?

It’s f*cking beautiful.

We literally get to make people feel good for a living.

We get to witness their transformations—and be part of the biggest moments in their lives.

That is magic.

And it deserves to be sustainable.

So now I teach what no one else taught us:

How to build a business with structure, strategy, boundaries, and actual income—without burning out or selling your soul.

This industry is hard.

But it doesn’t have to be.

You’re not behind. You’re not broken.

You just haven’t had the right support yet.

Let’s change that.
